This mother of pearl is intricately carved and around 200 years old, originally being a Chinese gaming counter. It has a beautiful lustrous sheen. I have incased it in fine silver with a dusty miller and leaf skeleton imprint on the reverse. A freshwater pearl and leaf print oval bead complete the cluster. It hangs from a silver trace chain with a handmade clasp.
