Volcanic Treasure black & White Cuff with Pearls by Francesca Marcenaro

Statement piece with a rich, sophisticated look. Perfect for the upcoming festivities.

Handmade with oxidised silver, fresh water pearls, marcasite and Glass Granulation for added sparkle.

Francesca has always been fascinated by round multiple shapes with a transparent look as dew and soap bubbles and she wanted to bring this effect to the surface of most of her pieces. For this reason since 2004 she started to work with little granules of glass on her pieces developing her unmistakable signature technique called “Glass Granulation”. Glass Granulation is a mix between the concept of two traditional techniques: Granulation and Enamelling, both part of her Italian background.

Please note that despite the body of the piece is made of silver, in observance to the hallmarking rules, because of the silvery glass granules on the surface, it is not hallmarked.

Francesca Marcenaro is showing an exclusive range of jewellery as one of our guest designers over the festive season. All pieces are available to purchse until 14th January 2024. Browse our other guest designers here >
