Oxidised sterling silver rectangle curved drop earrings in a blue enamel with gold lustre.
These earrings come attached to 0.8mm wire sterling silver ear hooks.

Inspired by the colours and patterns of honeycomb, these rectangle drops have been fired repeatedly in the kiln with layers of Vitreous and Industrial Enamel to achieve the organic patterns within the enamel. Lastly, gold lustre has been added which gives a lovely shimmering effect, especially when the earrings catch the light. Each pattern is completely unique due to the hand drawn qualities and the nature of the enamel when fired in the kiln, therefore making these earrings one of a kind. Please note, the earrings may not be exactly the same as within the photograph, but they will be unique and one of kind to you.

Cleaning Instructions
Please wear your enamelled jewellery with care. Enamelling is a technique of fusing powdered glass to metal and the enamel can be fairly hard wearing, however, please take care not to drop your piece or apply any force. Remove your piece before showering, avoid getting it wet and any exposure to chemicals. It is recommended to put your piece on over soft floor such as carpet.
These earrings are oxidised which means the silver is placed in a solution to blacken the silver. Oxidisation is semi-permanent and the colour may fade and rub off over time, especially if in contact with chemicals and with any abrasion.
