Finding out your ring size
All rings on lovedazzle.com are sized using the standard British system, using the letters A-Z. If you are purchasing from outside the UK please refer to the size conversion chart below.
As many of the rings on this site are made to order and non returnable, it is your responsibility to provide us with your correct ring size. If you are unsure of your ring size, we strongly suggest that you confirm your finger size with a reputable jewellery retailer. It is important that your finger should be measured on a standard ring sizer. Other methods, such as measuring the finger with a strip of paper, are inaccurate. We do offer a hand-holding service where we can provide a free ring sizer at the point of purchase. Please enter the size you think you are at point of ordering and then select the handholding option at point of payment. Your order will be kept on hold until you have received the ring sizer and have confirmed your size. Please note this should only be used as a guide, and for an accurate measurement you should still have your finger measured professionally. Finger sizes can however change inside a short period as a person gains or loses weight. Hands will also swell if you are hot, so make sure that when you are sized, they are at a normal temperature and your fingers are not swollen.
If your finger size is outside the sizes offered then you can always email us at sales@lovedazzle.com to see if your particular size requirement might still be possible.
In the event that a ring that has been made to order appears to be the wrong size, then an assumption will be made that you have provided the incorrect size. In these circumstances it is at the discretion of each jewellery designer as to whether they can re-size the ring. Please be aware that this may incur an extra charge.
In the event that any ring does not fit correctly, please email us at sales@lovedazzle.com for advice. We ask that any such problems are brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of the ring.
