Sheila McDonald
Most of Sheila's work features vitreous enamel on silver and 18ct gold with fine gold wires, fine gold and silver foils. All her pieces are handmade, combining many different traditional enamelling techniques in a painterly way.
Colour is very important in Sheila's work and is the main focus of interest. She also loves drawing and painting, especially watercolour.
Sheila originally studied at the Glasgow School of Art and it has always been a major influence in her work.
