These slightly domed, halved earrings are the smaller size of two scribed earrings that we make and they measure 23mm in diameter when together. The technique used is an ancient Korean one called Keum boo, where 24-carat gold is fused to sterling silver. Letters, symbols and geometrical shapes have been added to the surface by hand and the earrings have been given a worn effect to simulate the look of an antique found object.
