The deep inky blue cobalt enamel compliments perfectly the rich yellow gold within this one-of-a-kind necklace, reflecting the classic, luxurious colours of lapis lazuli. A large pendant approximately 5cm x 3cm with a depth of 5mm, is handmade in sterling silver. The pendant has an open back, so it maintains a lightness in weight. The front has a textured and grooved surface which allows the transparent enamel that overlays it to shine with varying tones. 18ct gold wires are fused into the enamel surface using the cloisonné technique, creating a rhythmic pattern upon on the surface. The hollowed back of the pendant is layered with 24ct gold leaf to echo the gold throughout the rest of the pendant. The pendant hangs on a handmade chain 20" in length, the chain is made from silver and plated in 18ct gold. A striking piece that will be sure to attract attention, sophisticated in look and feel it is contemporary yet classic.

Cleaning Instructions
Using warm soapy water with an old toothbrush should be sufficient to clean this necklace. Solutions such as silver dip can be used. It is recommended that the solution be applied sparingly with an old toothbrush or cotton bud to silver areas only, contact with the enamel may affect its surface. Ensure it is rinsed and dried thoroughly afterwards. A standard silver cloth may also be used but please be aware that it will increase the shine on satin areas of silver
